  • Research and update NebSPRA's branding and marketing materials to establish a consistent brand voice for internal and external communications.

• 20% Membership Growth (September 2028)

  • Achieve a 20% increase in chapter membership over three years by implementing targeted outreach initiatives and leveraging partnerships with state educational organizations.

• Launch New Committee Structure (January 2026)

  • Design and implement a new committee structure that includes at least three defined committees with clear roles and responsibilities, ensuring all committee chairpersons are appointed by March 2026.

• Update Chapter Bylaws (May 2026)

  • Review and update chapter bylaws, including board officer roles & responsibilities, to ensure they align with organizational goals and legal requirements, obtaining state and national chapter approval.

• Create Financial Policy Manual (December 2026)

  • Research and compile best practices for financial procedures and draft a comprehensive policy manual, obtaining chapter and board approval.
  • Measured by: Chapter member approval by December 2026 and implementation of outlined financial procedures by the start of the next fiscal year.
